What is it?​
Small, structured EMDR group lead by a licensed EMDR therapist Focus on preparation, resourcing, EMDR-informed processing and safe closure​​
Who Is it for? ​
Adults with trauma symptoms, anxiety, shame, grief, or persistent stress reactions. You can attend consistently and use basic grounding skills. Not a good fit for those who are experiencing active psychosis, unmanaged substance abuse, acute suicidality, current domestic violence with out a safety plan or severe dissociation with out stabilizations​​​

Weekly Group Sessions: $125

Payment: card, HSA/FSA at time of service
Cancellation: 48 hour notice; late/no-show billed at full rate

Trauma Counseling Professionals does not participate in any insurance networks. Out-of-network reimbursement forms will be promptly completed upon request. In addition, many insurance plans offer Flexible Healthcare Spending Accounts that can be used to cover some of the EMDR Group Therapy.
