What is it?​

A small, structured EMDR group lead by a licensed EMDR therapist which offers a supportive way to engage in trauma-informed healing while connecting with others who share similar experiences.​​

Adults with trauma symptoms

 

These groups are carefully facilitated by trained EMDR therapists and designed to help participants process distressing experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and feel less alone in their healing journey. While the work is done individually within the group setting, the presence of others can provide reassurance, support, and a sense of shared understanding.

Payment:  We accept debit/credit cards as well as HSA/FSA payment which is due at time of service

Cancellation:  48 hour notice; late/no-show billed at full rate

Communication:  Voicemail/secure portal or email

Trauma Counseling Professionals does not participate in any insurance networks. Out-of-network reimbursement forms will be promptly completed upon request.  In addition, many insurance plans offer Flexible Healthcare Spending Accounts that can be used to cover some of the EMDR Group Therapy.

Your privacy is important to us and confidentiality is paramount for a positive therapeutic relationship. We will not share information about you with anyone without your written consent unless we are required to by law. We must report suspected child or elder abuse, serious threats to oneself and serious threats to others.​​

Fees​​

  • Orientation (individual 1:1):  $225

  • Weekly Group Sessions:  $200
